Work out where you'd fit in the boxing weight classes

Put in a weight and see which boxing division it lands in, from Minimumweight up to Heavyweight, with the closest limits either side for context.

How-To Guide

How the weight class finder works

Boxers fight in weight divisions, and each division has its own upper limit. You can use the finder to place a fighter by weight, or to see where you'd fit yourself.

Level: Beginner
Best for: Fans working out where a fighter sits, or where they'd sit themselves

  1. Enter a weight

Type in a weight and choose pounds or kilograms.

  2. Get matched to a division

The finder checks the weight against the standard division limits and shows the division it falls into.

  3. Read the result

The table below shows each division's limit. Fighters often weigh more than that between fights and cut weight before the weigh-in.
